During the first lockdown, I met a few of our pros for honest talks about their lives, which have completely changed due to the pandemic.
This video is a combination of three different interviews I made with 2 pro dancers and 1 pro DJ I’ve already hosted on my vlog before: PJ Turner, Irina Puzanova, and Justin Petersen.
Personally, this whole period and these online talks have shown me that, at the end of the day, we’re all human, and we all share the same human experience. As PJ put it very well, “I put my pants on every day just like you.” We may be pros, students, EDs, DJs, whatever. We’re all in this together, and that’s the feeling I want to provide you in these troubled days.
Lastly, this whole experience has also shown me how important the community is – for all of us. And I’ll quote PJ again, “Just know that there’s always someone you can reach out to.” Enjoy the video, stay safe, and I hope to see you all on the dance floor soon.
